Francophone cinema. Aflamin hosts the 1st online festival
Founded in 2022 by Good Fellows, a startup initiated by director Nabil Ayouch and Ali’n’Productions, the Aflamin cinema platform is the first to host My French Film Festival, the first French-language online festival in Morocco. movies.
The platform announces that its subscribers will be able to access all 29 films (12 features and 17 shorts) of the festival from January 13 to February 13, 2023, in addition to the films permanently available in the catalog. The 12 feature films in the selection can be viewed without a subscription, with the option to rent individually within 72 hours.
Films will be available during this period in VOD format (video on demand), digital HD format, original version with a choice of subtitles in Arabic, French or English, on the website www.aflamin.com or on Smartphone applications (Android). and Apple), on Android Smart TV and soon through the Samsung Smart TV app.
“My French Film” festival programs will be published and commented on Aflamin’s social media pages and will be animated on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube through contests and throughout the event from January 9, 2023. It’s also an even program, as 16 of the 29 films are women or mixed. These films will also be programmed in 12 languages, in more than 200 countries and on more than 70 cinema platforms around the world, including Aflamin, which is hosting the festival in Morocco for the first time.

An International Jury convenes during the festival to select the award-winning feature film for the director, producer and exporter.
Members of the International Jury: Emilie Atef (French-Iranian director) / Chie Hayakawa (Japanese director) / Juho Kuosmanen (Finnish director) / Sergey Loznitsa (Ukrainian director) / Albert Serra (Spanish director).
International press awards will be given by a jury of foreign journalists.
