For this subsidiary of the Télégramme press group, revenue growth of €23 million ends in 2022, which is higher than initial targets and a more sustainable pace than in 2021 (+ €20 million).
Having doubled all its indicators (order volume, number of contacts between candidates and recruiters, number of employees, etc.), the group is currently among the top five digital players in Europe for employment and recruitment.
It announces that it will have an investment potential of 50 million euros to strengthen itself in Europe, especially in the field of human resources.
At least four purchases in four years

This foreign growth strategy, launched in 2018, has already been realized through targeted acquisitions Joby Joba (aggregator of job offers in Germany, Great Britain and France), Diploma (guidance and training), Seekube (work familiarization) and basil (co-option).
With an investment of 30 million euros, these four brands accounted for 22% of the orders registered by the HelloWork group in 2022.
Thus, JobiJoba has more than 1 million Europeans every month and experienced more than 100% growth internationally last year.

Beyond the first job at the end of high school or studies, HelloWork is proud to support French people throughout their professional lives and help them acquire new skills.

More than a hundred local authorities (Nice-Côte-d’Azur urban area, Indre et Loire department) and parapublic organizations (OPCO Mobilités, Gers CCI, etc.) are also equipped with the SmartForum solution deployed around white-label platforms.
While HelloWork acts as an intermediary between employers and candidates, the 470-employee company is also hiring to scale.
More than 150 new employees are due to join this year, with 280 in Rennes, 120 in Paris, 40 in Bordeaux and 30 in the regions, mostly in commercial, technical/product or marketing functions.
